Incomplete testicular feminisation is some ten times less common than the complete form. In this variant, there is a minor virilisation of the external genitalia (partial fusion of the labioscrotal folds and some degree of clitoromegaly), normal pubic hair (Fig. 11.31), and a mixed pattern of virilisation and feminisation at the time of expected puberty. The vagina is short and blind-ending, and the Wolffian duct derivatives are partially virilised.
